Storm Damage – Phoenix Home

Storm Damage at this Phoenix home was caused by a breach in the roof of the house during a strong thunderstorm accompanied by high winds. When the roof is compromised there can be quite a lot of damage to rafters, insulation, and the ceiling. All need to be thoroughly inspected. In this home, the before photo shows insulation hanging below the ceiling. We needed to tear out the damaged ceiling and insulation before drying the rafters and the entire affected area. Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers were dep[loyed to accomplish the drying phase of the project. Once dry we then replaced the insulation and repaired the ceiling.
