Home in Goodyear AZ mold damage

Home in Goodyear AZ had been vacant for 7 months while tenants had moved out and the owners were in Canada and couldn't get down in time to get inside. Once Mr Simpkins returned to AZ he found this in every corner of his guest room. He wasn't sure the cause and he wasn't sure how long it had been there but he did know without a doubt that he could not treat it himself. We arrived and set up proper containment. treated the area, removed affected materials and sanded the studs while we also cleaned them with anti microbial to prevent future growth int he area.
