Fire Damage – Phoenix Home

Fire damage to this Phoenix home was so intense that it burnt entirely through the roof. The large hole in the roof can be seen in the before photo. We placed tarps on the damaged roof sections before beginning our fire restoration work. We also scheduled a roofing contractor to repair the damaged roof. There was quite a lot of demolition work to be done removing damaged building materials from the structure and properly disposing of them. There was also water damage from the firefighting efforts which needed to be cleaned up. We cleaned soot and smoke damage from every room in the house. This job took some time and was very challenging, but as the after photo shows, we cleaned the fire damage up and had the house ready for the finishing touches.
