Verrado Home Flooded from top floor

This was a rental home in Verrado, Which is located in Buckeye AZ. We received a call from the tenant at 9pm and she stated her home had a water fall inside of it and it was going everywhere. She was able to get the water off in time for it to salvage some of her belongings before we go there. We arrived on site and it was a pipe that busted in her 2nd story bathroom. due to a handyman not fixing the pipe properly. Her landlord gave her 2 days to be out so we could start this process so Not only did we remove all the walls and dry this home but we packed her and got her moved out int he allotted time. She will always be one of our Best Customers.
