Hot Water heater Damage in Goodyear AZ

Hot water heater damage is unfortunately very common. its not something people normally notice right away and it can cause severe damage. Most water heaters like this one sit on a stand and when they water comes into contact, it makes the structure of the stand less reliable. drywall and water mixed can create a mush over time. 

This one specifically was leaking for so long it had rust in more then just the area that you can see.

One this to notice that is wrong in this photo is the customers do not have an overflow drain pan. Please use the drain pans to help prevent these issues.
