Flooded home in Phoenix, AZ

This damaged dinning room was caused by a upstairs flooded bathtub

We all know that children always have crazy ideas around the house, and this home in Phoenix was no difference. Entire first floor was damage to bathtub overflow. This photo shows the mess that was left behind. SERVPRO of Litchfield / West Phoenix was called in to clean up the aftermath! Our highly trained technicians were there in no time to start the mitigation process. Owner was devastated not knowing what will happen next, but with a quick response and explanation of all our mitigation procedures he was able to relax knowing that all will be back to normal within days. Our communication with insurance adjusters was also on point and customer was always included in it!
