SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix came to my home and installed my security screen door that was ripped off during a storm after being left open and they helped me do things around my home that I couldn't do. Very Grateful

I had my roof come off half way during a storm and SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix was quick to respond to get it safe and stable for my wife while I was out of town.

SERVPRO came to help assist with Hurricane Harvey and they were absolutely great. Helped my family every step of the way.

SERVPRO came to Texas to assist with the Hurricane Harvey disaster, their office called us within 3 hours of us calling the 1800 phone number and they set up to come to our home to dry it out.

Not only did they arrive when they said they would but they went above and beyond to help us in this horrific situation we were facing and still are dealing with the re build portion. 

Just thought some recognition was in order.

Hi Amanda and Devin,

I just wanted to thank you again for the customer service you provided yesterday. Not only did you Amanda come out to hopefully fix it with Devin because everybody else was too busy. But once you realized the situation you mobilized the troops and helped out trying to get that darn cabana off the house.

After realizing that taking the cabana roof down was too dangerous of a job and with another storm fast approaching, you didn’t just leave me, but you called the fire department and you came back to talk to them and explain what you have tried.

I truly appreciate all you have done and would like for your boss to read this email. Employees that take charge and help customers are nowadays very rare. You, boss of Amanda and Devin truly should appreciate these two employees for their above and beyond customer service.
